My initial experience with the HEET 199 is very positive, just like all the other Eco-King products I have installed and used!

I have had this boiler in my 5000 SQFT house since 2016, never had any problems with the boiler for hot water or radiant floor heat for the entire house. recently In early January 2025 I had an issue where the unit was loosing power when switching to heat from hot water. I called a plumbing company to assess it (which I am not going to name) it was repaired couple of times but the problems kept happning again and again, I called the same plumbing company they came and told me that i will probably have to change my boiler and gave me an estimate to put in a IBC boiler for $8000, I called James and Chad at the Eco king they asked me to send the video of the issue and Chad facetimed me and asked me to perform a calibration on the boiler while he stayed on call with me and eventualy informed me that to him the problem looked like it was with the mother board, I picked up the motherboard from Chad's house as he was nice enough to bring it to Surrey so I did not have to drive all the way to the office. once the mother board was put in, the boiler was running as smooth as new. James at the office was kind enough to call me back even on the weekend to check up to make sure that the boiler was working fine after changing the motherboard, I can not say enough for the service this company provides for its customers and stands behind their product. Thank you Chad and James for excellent service.

We were having a problem with our Eco King 100 during the coldest weekend of the year and our Installer was on holidays. We called King Heating on the weekend and James spent 20 minutes on the phone with us to help reset the system. A few days later Chad, the President came over to check things out. Their help and response was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them and as an added incentive, the units are Canadian made.

I put in my unit when I built my house about 9 years ago. Excellent unit. I have no complaints about it. The company is very reliable and stands behind their products. I get my unit serviced on a regular basis which keeps it running without any issues.

The gentleman that I call to service my Eco-King unit is Mahdi Momtazmand. Mahdi is an excellent technician. He’s very honest, friendly, clean, respectful and is an expert on the Eco-King products. Anytime I have questions about my boiler I call Mahdi and he always provides me excellent advice and service.

I will definitely be sticking with and recommending Eco-King products.

As a solar thermal installer we've installed a few of the dual coil side arm 120 gallon tanks. The quality is superior to other tanks in this class. Plenty of ports for sensors and or gauges. Good insulation qualities and good heat transfer on the exchanger coils. I buy these anytime we have an application that requires dual coil H/X's.

Just wanted to send a note of thanks and appreciation to Chad, James, Bill and everyone else who helped us with installing and setting up our boiler, it operates without any issues.

I’m still amazed after (approx.) seven years of use, my combi unit still runs like the champ. I’m a DYI guy so years ago Chad gave great advice when I was installing my system in a very old house. Now I relied upon James for some help as I’ve been doing a renovation that included relocating the boiler. As before, I picked up the phone and talked to the lady who directed my call to James. In my opinion that is the basics of a wonderfully run company. The boiler has worked flawlessly and the advice from the EcoKing team was spot on!!! Thank you James.

We just replaced our 16-year-old John Wood hot water tank with Eco-King High Efficient Electric Hot Water Tank Saga S 300. While our old tank was still working without any issues, we were told previously by our plumber that its end-of-life time had long passed and we were risking a failure and possibly a water leak at any time. So, after doing extensive research we settled on this tank. Time will tell its long-term quality but the installation process was awesome and Peter Vitae did a fantastic job. Super nice guy and I can tell he is a highly experienced installer. He had to do quite a bit of modification and re-doing of pipes and electrical wiring due to the new tank's design being different than the outgoing tank. So, thank you Peter for a professional installation and wonderful service! One more thing... when we drained our old tank, oh boy, what came out of it was a thick muddy liquid. I assume it was 16 years' worth of residues filtered and accumulated at the bottom of the tank. Seeing this alone made me think that replacing it was worth it even though it was still working fine.

James provided an exceptional service when our boiler tripped on an error code. He remained on phone with me and did the troubleshoot. He is knowledgable, professional and reliable. His instructions were clear. Very impressed with his commitment and patience to resolve the issue. James is a rockstar.

Our boiler shut down on a Thursday and our plumber couldn't come until late Friday. He discovered the heat exchanger was leaking. He hadn't installed the boiler and wasn't aware of EcoKing warranty conditions, but felt we would probably require a new boiler.

I called James at Eco King on Monday morning and explained that our 4 year old boiler had a leaking heat exchanger. He asked me to send a picture of the leak and the install information. On Wednesday, James sent out a free replacement part, freight prepaid.

On Friday, the plumber installing the new he was very surprised how well designed the boiler was, to allow a quick exchange. A 3-hour plumber's bill covered all his visits!

I was very pleased with the fast and pleasant service we got from James, and the design of the Eco King boiler which made it so user friendly for the plumber.
