Our boiler shut down on a Thursday and our plumber couldn't come until late Friday. He discovered the heat exchanger was leaking. He hadn't installed the boiler and wasn't aware of EcoKing warranty conditions, but felt we would probably require a new boiler.
I called James at Eco King on Monday morning and explained that our 4 year old boiler had a leaking heat exchanger. He asked me to send a picture of the leak and the install information. On Wednesday, James sent out a free replacement part, freight prepaid.
On Friday, the plumber installing the new he was very surprised how well designed the boiler was, to allow a quick exchange. A 3-hour plumber's bill covered all his visits!
I was very pleased with the fast and pleasant service we got from James, and the design of the Eco King boiler which made it so user friendly for the plumber.
