Review for Boiler H140

I have had this boiler in my 5000 SQFT house since 2016, never had any problems with the boiler for hot water or radiant floor heat for the entire house. recently In early January 2025 I had an issue where the unit was loosing power when switching to heat from hot water. I called a plumbing company to assess it (which I am not going to name) it was repaired couple of times but the problems kept happning again and again, I called the same plumbing company they came and told me that i will probably have to change my boiler and gave me an estimate to put in a IBC boiler for $8000, I called James and Chad at the Eco king they asked me to send the video of the issue and Chad facetimed me and asked me to perform a calibration on the boiler while he stayed on call with me and eventualy informed me that to him the problem looked like it was with the mother board, I picked up the motherboard from Chad's house as he was nice enough to bring it to Surrey so I did not have to drive all the way to the office. once the mother board was put in, the boiler was running as smooth as new. James at the office was kind enough to call me back even on the weekend to check up to make sure that the boiler was working fine after changing the motherboard, I can not say enough for the service this company provides for its customers and stands behind their product. Thank you Chad and James for excellent service.
