We were having a problem with our Eco King 100 during the coldest weekend of the year and our Installer was on holidays. We called King Heating on the weekend and James spent 20 minutes on the phone with us to help reset the system. A few days later Chad, the President came over to check things out. Their help and response was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them and as an added incentive, the units are Canadian made.
