Online Webinars for Installation and Service of Our Hot Water Boilers

Reaching Customers in an Era of Travel Restrictions

Due to Corona virus limiting our ability to travel to see customers, Eco-King decided to start online webinars for installation and service of our hot water boilers. Our target audience of these webinars is any heating installer that wants to learn more about hydronic heating and how our Eco-King made in Canada boilers operate. The first week of webinars was dedicated to our large customer in Ontario and their many different locations, reaching over 100 different installers within their company.

The main goal is to teach installers how to properly install our units, start them up and do servicing in the future. Installation with best piping and venting practices is essential for any hydronic boiler to operate properly. We teach installers how to prevent common mistakes in piping and venting. We run them thru the unique, yet simple, start up procedure with our boilers and we teach them what common error codes are and how to fix them. Lastly we teach installers how to do annual maintenance procedure and explain why this is important.

We want our installers to know how to install and work on our boilers so that the reputation and reliability of our product stays high. If installers are unfamiliar with our product and install it improperly it can malfunction. Our reputation as a brand gets hurt even though the product works amazing when installed properly.

We hope to do a webinar every two weeks for any installer across the country who wants to know more about our product. We provide a lot of info on our product, it is not a sales pitch. However by learning about our product we feel you will see the benefits of using our boilers.
